Building Block: Parish Toolkit

Strategic Goal: Develop a broad set of resources relating to key areas of parish ministry.

  • A Parish Toolkit Sub-Committee was appointed in late 2020 to identify a broad set of resources to support and foster parish health.

  • The group acknowledged the complexity of the task of developing a ‘toolkit’ and recognised that a ‘one size fits all’ approach would not suit parishes.

  • The group met throughout 2021 to consider frameworks to guide the development and categorisation of resources.

  • A toolkit containing guides and other resources relating to 12 key areas of church life and ministry was published in 2022.
