Ministry Reviews at ACSQ
Performance and development reviews are a standard part of working life for employees in most industries. Regular ministry reviews aim to assist clergy and stipendiary lay ministers to:
reflect on their current ministry and practice
receive helpful feedback and guidance so that they can effectively meet the needs of those they minister to
set development goals
have deeper levels of engagement in their role and with the diocese.
For parishes and diocesan leadership, reviews provide a mechanism for ministry accountability, as well as meet the recommendations from The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
Please visit the ACSQ Ministry Review Policy for the criteria on who has a requirement to complete an annual ministry review.
